Over the years, Cabo Azul has grown to 314 hectares of coffee plantations and 456 hectares of virgin forest. Cabo Azul Estate is located in the Las Nubes community in Jinotega, Nicaragua at an altitude of 1,275 mts above sea level. In sustainability, the farm stands out for the conservation of its forests, which are a haven for several varieties of animals like ocelots, monkeys and quetzals.
